︎︎︎WHAT?
we work on identifying and closing the gaps between what we are creating vs. want to create. we unravel the benefits and costs of our behaviors. we unpack when, how, and why we are at the mercy of our ego, run on autopilot, and lose sight of what’s relevant. we turn to beliefs, feelings, and intuitions, becoming aware of what exhausts and drives us. we move from insights to actions.

we begin with eight to ten sessions, usually bi-weekly or monthly, an hour each. often via zoom, sometimes in-person, ocassionally on the phone. if the coaching is organizationally sponsored, we kick off as a trio – you, your sponsor, and me.

i rely on +500 hours of individual coaching experience with leaders from junior managers to c-level executives based anywhere from sao paulo to stuttgart to shanghai. my clients are industry-diverse, from tech start-ups via leadership non-profits to retail multinationals. what they share is a desire to step up their self-awareness game, transform their habitual thinking, and change their results.
