coaching is a process that never runs on a script or a single method.
our work is finding the gap between what you're creating vs. what you actually want, getting clear on what a mindset or habit is costing you vs. what it's paying out. catching the autopilots that have outlived their use, and going after what looked impossible.
︎︎︎HOW?
we begin with eight to ten sessions, usually bi-weekly, an hour each. often over zoom/teams, sometimes in person, occasionally by phone.
some engagements are project-shaped and end when the work is done. others become a standing relationship that runs for years.
if an organization is sponsoring the coaching, we start as a three-way conversation: the coachee, the person supporting them, and me.

i've coached leaders across tech, pharma, hospitality, retail and consumer goods, as well as the united nations, international nonprofits and universities. what they share isn't an industry. it's that they'd rather be challenged than reassured.
i am trained in ontological and systemic coaching, certified by the international coaching federation at PCC level, with 500+ hours coaching leaders one-on-one, from early-career talent to c-suite. i work in english, german and spanish.
